Stress Management

Either in the form of a short workshop or half day of learning about how food and lifestyle can impact stress and mental wellbeing, and how to positively affect this. EFT 'Tapping' and meditation will be included for participants to experience calmness, and also walk away with EFT 'Tapping' techniques to better manage their stress.
